Phase Leader
Overview
Our caring, Catholic school has been described as one which ‘inspires pupils with determination to change the world’ (Ofsted 2020). Now St Edmund’s school is looking to welcome two Phase Leaders, one for Early Years and Key Stage 1 and one for Key Stage 2. These are new roles designed to help us improve teaching and learning across the school.
Personal attributes
The successful candidate will:

be an experienced teacher who can model good practice in their Key Stage;

A good communicator who can support others and lead change

Organised and able to manage a team

Salary & Benefits
We are offering a TLR linked to the Phase Leader responsibility, in addition to a main scale teaching salary.
Phase Leaders would be expected to teach a class four days a week.
